I was tasked with the thorough development of the CES "Flash" logo, based upon their existing base version. The new logo was precision created using professional digital tools to ensure exact symmetry and colour selection. In addition, I selected and recommended the best font to use, going forward for the company name on both digital and print media. Once the overall design was agreed with the business owner, the combined logo and company name font was then further developed with different backgrounds on canvas sizes to provide perfect use on a variety of platforms.
Absolute Plant Services Ltd
I was given the superb opportunity to carry out the complete design and development of the logo for a newly incorporated plant service and repair business in the UK. Following conversations with the business owners on their inspiration and ideas for the business, The new logo was created using professional digital tools to ensure precision creation and also have the logo looking strong and industrial. For the logo, I also selected and recommended the best fonts to use, on both digital and print media. Once the overall design was agreed with the business owners, the combined logo and company name font was then further developed with different backgrounds on canvas sizes to provide perfect use on a variety of platforms.
Once the APS logo was complete, I started work on APS' business card design. Using professional digital tools again to ensure a precision layout, I created a professional design incorporating QR codes to lead people to web versions of each business card, hosted on their own website that I was also developing. This also enabled smartphones to download contact information directly. Once the design was signed off with the business owners, I produced additional layouts for the other staff members and handled the ordering of batches of cards to be professionally printed for direct delivery to the APS owners.
